Who is ready for a challenge?
It is that time of year again where we all look to plan our goals to become a better person and more fit. For kids, a little motivation can go a long way. That is why we created the 100% Challenge.
It is an opportunity for kids to track their activity and continually think about what they can do to be active.
What is being active?
Parents this is where you come in. We would like an activity or 1% to be 30 minutes of physical movement. That may include running, biking, playing tag or basketball, or even jumping on a trampoline. If your child plays a soccer game on Saturday and then plays a game of basketball with his or her siblings, is this 2%? YES!! Do what you can to make your child active.
