Try Boro Kids Race Series

The Try Boro Kids Race Series started out as an idea.  Why not put on a kids triathlon in Murfreesboro.  This idea became reality on August 22, 2009 with the inaugural Try Boro Kids Triathlon.  With a sellout the first year of 175 kids, this success led to the 2nd Try Boro Kids Triathlon with 225 kids on August 28, 2010.

In 2011, we were a little more ambitious with 3 events, with a 2.5K/5K Run on 6/3/2011, Duathlon on 7/9/2011, and our 3rd Try Boro Kids Triathlon on 8/27/2011.  We had 450 kids participate in our series from all over Tennessee and surrounding states.  We would like to thank our sponsors and are already looking at events and dates for next year.

The 2012 Try Boro Kids Race Series' dates have now been finalized.  For 2012, the events and dates are:

• 2nd Annual Try Boro Kids 2.5K/5K Run (Friday night on May 11th) at Gateway Island
• 4th Annual Try Boro Kids Triathlon (Saturday, August 25th) at SportsCom
• *NEW* Try Boro Kids Trail Run (Saturday, October 20th) at Barfield Park
